From 1983 -2008, the company operated as a sole proprietorship under the name, P&H Innovations. Currently, I / Peter Doyle, Member of P&H Innovations, LLC work primarily in Hartford county CT. The name originates from the "Painting and Hanging" of wallpaper. Due to the slow economy, we also offer other home improvement services, which fall within our experience and skill levels. Carpentry repairs, ceiling texture repairs, taping walls(skim coating), are among the most common services offered.
Both inside and outside painting are a great way to enhance the beauty and value of the home. A poor exterior paint job can detract from the value of a home at closing, as any reputable home inspector will tell you. Conversely, a property with curb appeal, a beautiful outside paint job, and well decorated and painted inside rooms, will make any home easier to sell, even in this slower market.
Whether doing over an entire house or one room, experience is the best teacher. Troubleshooting paint problems is part of a quality job. Water stained ceilings or walls must be dry, then sealed, then finish coated. Colonial style homes with many glass panes can be done quickly and at a fair rate.
